Privacy Policy

Titan Smart Inventory and its companion app, Titan Stock Scan (together, “the App”), are local-first. Your inventory data is created and stored on your own device. We do not operate accounts, advertising networks, or third-party trackers, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Information the App handles

Contact information (email). If you choose to email an exported report or reach out for support, your email address is used only to deliver that action. It is linked to you and used solely for app functionality — never for tracking.
User content (inventory records). The SKUs, quantities, valuations, warehouses and stock-count sessions you enter are your content. They are stored on your device to make the App work, and are not used for tracking.

Information we do NOT collect

No name, address, phone number or precise location.
No advertising identifiers and no cross-app or cross-site tracking.
No analytics profiles, browsing history or contacts.

Where your data lives

Inventory data stays on your device. If you use your own iCloud or file backups, copies may reside there under Apple’s terms — we never receive them. You can delete all App data at any time by removing the organisation inside the App or deleting the App.

Payments

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your card or payment details. Apple’s privacy terms govern that transaction.

Children

The App is a business tool rated 4+ and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will change and the revised policy will be posted at this URL.
